The Career Clarity Program is an 8 Step program that helps you find your dream career. The first four steps help you gather as much information as you can about your needs, desires, passions, and interests. The last four steps leads you through a process to help you brainstorm up to 40 career ideas. Once you have your list, you then narrow it down to your Top Ten Career Ideas, and finally to your Top Two Target Careers. Although you are anxious to know “The Answer” right now, you’ll be most successful if you focus your attention on the Step right in front of you. The more information you gather in Part 1 about yourself, your lifestyle needs, your work environment preferences, and your passions and interests, the more clues you have to work with when you are brainstorming your career options in Part 2. To get the results you are going for, I strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with the program. I know, I know, reading “how to” information isn’t your favorite activity. I promise to keep it short and focused. By taking 20-30 minutes now, you’ll save yourself a lot of confusion and frustration. With this information you’ll know how to move through the mechanics of the program and how to make the most of this program. (If you are short on time, read the sections that are marked with ***.
